James,
We need you and Jonathan and any other person who is concerned about and willing to work for the future of our America. There is a serious battle being waged right now for the soul of America. You are on the right side of this fight. Continue on your path, do not give up hope. Lies cannot stand.
Eventually, we will win.

I grew up with a father who cared as you did. As his son, I watched food taken off the table, and my family's lifestyle change behind political campaigns. We continuously sacrificed for an ill-imformed public b/c we felt it was the right thing to do. Keep your head up but do you too; I've known you for 20 years and wished you the best in your endeavors; I'm extremely proud to call you a friend.

James you done good!

Regardless of votes, elections, and all that stuff we sometimes deem important, you have risen above it all and come out the Leader that you are. Some may be elected into the office, some may buy their way into the office while others may simply scare voters into electing them......whatever! You have proven your value and your worth by telling it like it is and by rising above it all. I am really impressed and enjoy reading your posts. From way up here in the hills of New Hampshire I watch with a smile as you contemplate your future.

My one bit of advice for you - please don't stop being a voice for those who need it. And most of all....please don't stop being a guide, a mentor, a Leader for kids like Jonathan!

In the end - you do make a difference and that is about all we can hope for!

Be well.

One African American grandfather I spoke with recenty expressed these same concerns. He had also seen first hand too many young people fall through the cracks because of the lack of a support system. Congratulations on your determination.
